Huawei Quidway S3000 Series
Quidway S3000 serien är intelligenta L2 switchar som uppfyller kraven för säker switching med stor kapacitet. Systemet använder en modulär struktur för att ge L2 – L7 flow classification, full QoS, tjänstekontroll och prenumerationshantering. Den kan användas som accesslayer-switch med fokus på säkerhet.
The Quidway S3000 series intelligent switches are L2 wire-speed Ethernet switches which fully meet the needs for secure large-capacity switching and high QoS requirements. The system adopts high-performance ASIC and uses a flexible module structure to provide intelligent L2~L7 flow classification, complete QoS, implementing comprehensive service control and subscriber management. It can be used as an access layer switch that focuses on service control and management and network security guarantee in enterprise networks and MANs. The Quidway S3000 series switches provide gigabit uplink interfaces and powerful QoS capabilities to adapt to the access requirements of multiple services.
The following models used in the access layer of enterprise networks and MANs, are included in these switches: S3026C, S3026T, S3026C- PWR and S3050C.
The S3026C and S3026C-PWR provide 24 10/100M BASE-TX Ethernet ports, 1 console port and 2 extended module slots in front. In addition, the S3026C-PWR has PoE function as a PSE(power sourcing equipment).
The S3026T provides 24 10/100M BASE-TX Ethernet ports, 1 console port and 2 extended module slots supports 10/100/1000BASE-T module.
The S3050C provides 48 10/100M BASE-TX Ethernet ports, 1 console port and 2 extended module slots in rear.
Full Wire-speed Multi-layer Switching
All the Quidway S3000 series switches guarantee fast package forwarding capacity with full wire-speed switching, even in heavy traffic load. In addition, their hardware can identify and process application flows of L2~L7 and all ports can filter data packets, identify and manage control different application flows according to different flows.
High Reliability
The Quidway S3000 series supports STP/RSTP (Spanning Tree Protocol/Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) as well as the MSTP (Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol) based on multiple VLANs. Thus the redundancy back-up and error tolerance capability of the link can be greatly improved to guarantee the network stability. It supports the optional Redundant Power System (RPS).
Abundant QoS Policies
The Quidway S3000 series supports the L2~L7 complicated flow classification based on source/destination MAC address, source/destination IP address, port and protocol. It also provides three queue dispatching algorithms, which are Strict-Priority Queue (PQ), Weighted Round Robin (WRR) and Delay bounded WRR. It also supports Committed Access Rate (CAR) and the traffic granularity is 1Mbit/s.
Comprehensive Security Control Policies
The Quidway S3000 series supports 802.1x authentications and identify users in their access to the network. It supports flexible binding of MAC address, IP address, VLAN and port to prevent illegal users from accessing the network. It also supports multiple ACL policies to set users’ rights for accessing network resources and thus guarantees the controlled access to network resources.
Diversified Management Modes
Quidway S3000 series can support SNMP v1/v2/v3 and be managed by Quidview NMS. It also supports CLI, Web network management, Telnet, HGMP to facilitate the equipment management.
